We have added polishing to our list of services. With this machine we can give mirror-like finishes.

We can now tumble deburr parts with our bowl type Vibratory Finisher to give you a burr free part. In addition this machine will generally enhance the finish and provide good aesthetically looking part.

The next logical step is to clean up the residue from grinding, lapping or the deburring processes which is accomplished with our "Roilgard Conveyor Parts Washing System." This machine is equipped with a wash stage, a rinse stage and a blower type dryer. When the parts come out, they are clean and ready to be finish packaged. We can either use your packaging or provide it for you.
